Declaration of Atmospheric Emissions RFyP-RUEA
The declaration of emissions is made through the new platform for registration of sources and processes (RFyP) and then the level of activity and atmospheric emissions through the sectoral single register of atmospheric emissions (RUEA) in the latter for RM can be accessed from the platform of RES 15027 for regulated sources by the Prevention Plan and Environmental Decontamination of RM (PPDA D.S. 31).
Deadline for legal compliance Until April 30 of each year.

Atmospheric Monitoring System Statement (SISAT)
This declaration includes compliance with the legal requirements derived from Prevention and/or Decontamination Plans and Atmospheric Emission Standards, considering the loading of isokinetic or combustion gas sampling reports required and which are applicable to the regulated stationary sources of each facility. In this compliance process, the reports associated with maintenance requirements of fixed sources are included, establishing six-monthly or annual reports according to the type of fixed source. In addition, the process of requesting exemption from measurements for fixed sources that comply with the requirements established in each regional environmental decontamination plan is incorporated, submitting the corresponding file to the SMA.
Deadline for legal compliance Whenever required by the legal instrument.

Declaration of Non-Hazardous Waste SINADER
It contemplates the monthly declaration of non-hazardous industrial waste, similar to household waste and recycling waste, under RES 144 of 2020, each report received or estimated will be declared in accordance with this resolution, which requires the monthly declaration of waste at the national level. This process applies to each facility that generates more than 12 tons of waste per year.
Deadline for legal compliance Until the 10th of each month.

Declaration of Hazardous Waste SIDREP
Contemplates the declaration of hazardous waste through the SIDREP platform, in compliance with the stipulations of D.S. 148, prior authorization of its storage facilities, this declaration is made each time the generator requires to make a disposal of waste.
Deadline for legal compliance Each time a hazardous waste is removed.

DASUSPEL Declaration
 In order to comply with the requirements of Article 5 of D.S. 43/15, regulations for the storage of hazardous substances, of this Ministry, the system of declaration of storage facilities has been implemented through the PRTR. Accordingly, all companies that have storage facilities that require sanitary authorization must make their declarations and keep their data updated twice a year.
Deadline for legal compliance Until June 20 and December 20.

REP Law Declaration
The Recycling Promotion Law (Nº 20.920), introduces the Extended Producer Responsibility (REP), which establishes the obligation of companies that produce (manufacturers and importers) priority products to take care of their products at the end of their useful life. Which are the priority products? Lubricating oils, Electrical and electronic equipment, Batteries, Cells, Containers and packaging, Tires.
Deadline for legal compliance Until July 31 and August 31 of each year, according to the type of producer.

Corporate Environmental Performance Statement (DAE)
 Corporate Environmental Performance System, which aims to collect information related to the management of environmental concerns of the company (D.S. 1 MMA). This system is formed by the production form and the form of investment in operating and maintenance costs, capture efficiency and setting emission control system, waste and pollutant transfers.
Deadline for legal compliance From June 1st to June 30th of each year.

Annual Affidavit
The Annual Affidavit is the verification of the information declared through the VU System in the different sectorial systems regarding the previous year, and all institutions are required to complete it in accordance with the provisions of the D.S. 1/2013 of the MMA, PRTR Regulation, and its Exempt Resolution N°144/2020 MMA.
Deadline for legal compliance From October 1st to October 31st of each year.
